MY STORY
My name is Leah Diercks. Like many in the helping professions, I find great joy and purpose in assisting others. I am dedicated to creating a safe environment where clients can "come as they are" and share their experiences openly.
I earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rocky Mountain College. Additionally, I received a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walla Walla University - Billings. My LCSW licensure was obtained in 2018. I launched my private practice in 2019. Previously, my experience included roles in hospital social work, school-based therapy, and community-based case management.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, utilizing various modalities and theories to promote client growth. My practice is Trauma-Informed and Client-Centered. I have completed certification training from Postpartum Support International (PSI) and have earned and maintained the PMH-C credential. Furthermore, I have undertaken comprehensive training in psychological trauma to enhance my practice. My ongoing exploration of the human mind ensures my knowledge remains current and evolving.
