MY STORY
My name is Leah Diercks. Like many in the helping professions, I find great joy and purpose in assisting others. I am dedicated to creating a safe environment where clients can "come as they are" and share their experiences openly.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT. Subsequently, I was accepted into the Master of Social Work program at Walla Walla University - Billings, graduating with my MSW in 2016. I obtained my LCSW licensure in 2018 and established my private practice in 2019. Prior to private practice, I worked in hospital social work, as a therapist in schools, and in community-based case management.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, utilizing various modalities and theories to promote client growth. My practice is Trauma-Informed and Client-Centered. I am a certified PMH-C and have completed training from Postpartum Support International (PSI). Furthermore, I have undertaken comprehensive training in psychological trauma to enhance my practice. My ongoing exploration of the human mind ensures my knowledge remains current and evolving.
